The first is that the sunglasses Mr. Ross is wearing were not made by Louis Vuitton, and in fact, are counterfeit. Louis Vuitton did not grant permission to Mr. Ross or to whoever did make the sunglasses to use our trademarks. The second is that no affiliation, sponsorship or association exists between Rick Ross or XXL and Louis Vuitton. The third is that counterfeiting is illegal.

T-Pain Loses Teeth
A golf cart accident last Friday in Texas left T-Pain with several facial bruises and four missing teeth, according to various reports.
The accident led T-Pain to miss the San Jose stop on Lil Wayne’s I Am Music tour.
Fans at the HP Pavilion learned of the Pain’s absence after entering the building.
T-Pain’s injuries also kept him away from a video shoot for Lil Kim’s next single, “Download.”
According to the Queen Bee, the show will go on—and T-Pain will be in the video.
“He’s gonna be in the video,” Lil Kim told Hip Hollywood. “We’ve gotta wait until he heals and gets better.”

MARCH 27--Meet Vince Shlomi. He's probably better known to you as the ShamWow Guy, the ubiquitous television pitchman who has been phenomenally successful peddling absorbent towels and food choppers. Shlomi, 44, was arrested last month on a felony battery charge following a violent confrontation with a prostitute in his South Beach hotel room. According to an arrest affidavit, Shlomi met Sasha Harris, 26, at a Miami Beach nightclub on February 7 and subsequently traveled with her to his $750 room at the lavish Setai Hotel.
Shlomi told cops he paid Harris about $1000 in cash after she "propositioned him for straight sex." Shlomi said that when he kissed Harris, she suddenly "bit his tongue and would not let go." Shlomi then punched Harris several times until she released his tongue. The affidavit, a copy of which you'll find here, notes that during the 4 AM fight Harris sustained facial fractures and lacerations all over her face (she is pictured here in mug shots snapped following busts in 2008 and 2005).
After freeing his tongue, a bleeding Shlomi ran to the Setai lobby, where security summoned cops. Harris refused to cooperate with officers, who recovered $930 from her purse. "Both parties had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from their persons," police reported. In a brief telephone interview, Harris declined to answer TSG questions about her run-in with Shlomi, though she did say she is considering a lawsuit against the pitchman. Asked if she worked as a hooker, Harris declined comment. As seen in the below mug shot, Shlomi was also injured during the fracas and, court records show, was treated at Mount Sinai Medical Center. While Shlomi and Harris were both arrested for felony aggravated battery, prosecutors this month declined to file formal charges against the combatants. 13 Year Old Kid Bites 11 Other Kids
"A Brody Middle School student may be taking the hit movie and book "Twilight" too seriously.
A 13-year-old boy at the Des Moines school was referred to juvenile corrections after allegedly biting 11 students between Feb. 10 and March 13, a Des Moines police report said.
According to the report, the boy bit a 13-year-old female student on the right hand at a track meet on March 13. Brody Vice Principal Connie Sloan investigated the incident and found that the boy had bitten 10 other students.

When police contacted the boy's father, he said that his son didn't mean to hurt anyone and that he was biting other students because of the movie "Twilight."
The film "Twilight" is based on a series of novels by Stephenie Meyer about a teenage girl's love affair with a vampire. The film, popular with tweens and teens, has grossed more than $191 million in box office receipts in the United States since its November release.
The boy was given a delayed referral to juvenile court on an assault charge. "

So after I finally decided to give Drake a chance. I downloaded the So Far Gone mixtape. Now like most people I wasn't blown away, but I did decide to accept him. Wel...It's not even that he's wack. Its just that when everybody likes something/somebody I always shy away from it. I don't know why its just how I am. But getting back on track. I was bored and thought it would be funny to see Drake in his true medium...Degrassi. So I watched a couple of episodes online. I watched the whole saga where Aubrey's character gets shot and put in a wheelchair. Pretty deep stuff. So anyway...I ended up getting into the show. Everyday this week I've watched it whenever it comes on. Its pretty odd seing as how I used to loathe Degrassi. Why? Because back in the day, everybody was on its dick. But I now officially deem it cool to like Degrassi. Hell I might go buy some episodes on DVD.
Also, I did not know Aubrey had a video out. Not even low-budget. Old song...but I'm surprised it didn't blow up. I'm really feelin it.

Lls. But seriously...Took a quick break from the blog. Been kinda busy but I also wanted to think about how to, i dont know, "define" my blog or whatever. Its time for the NFL to switch to a BCS style postseason. And its been time for college football to switch to a playoff-type postseason. Maybe Obama can do something about that. Now why should the NFL switch you ask? Tis quite simple. My Patriots aren't in the playoffs for the first time in like 6 years. And yeah...that's unacceptable. We go 11-5 and miss it but the Chargers sneak in at 8-8...Now granted the Chargers did whoop our ass. But at the end of the day only the best teams should get the chance to go. And a team's record is the top indicator of how good they are. You're all saying "You never cared until you'r team missed the playoffs" and you know what? You're damn right. I'm pissed. I am pissed and the NFL should change their whole system that they've been using for the past 30 maybe 40+ odd years because my team didn't make it. I mean, its their loss. Imagine the ratings they would've gotten from people following Matt Cassel. Imagine if he was to take us to the Super Bowl. Lifetime backup leads team to the Super Bowl THAT'S A STORY. Screw those rookie QB's and the rookie coaches. But y'know what...its all on them.
Darren Sproles is a monster. I think I may be rooting for the Chargers in the playoffs, despite the bad blood that they have with my Pats. I damn sure aint pulling for the Eagles, Giants, or Ravens. Maybe the Titans because of Chris Johnson. And that team is built to play in January. So its a toss-up between them. I'm hoping they make it to the AFC championship.
I wanted the Falcons to win but oh well. The Dolphins run was good too and any team that can bounce back from the abysmal season that those two had deserves rings for their entire fxcking organization. Fuck the Colts. Peyton was the MVP? Really? I mean...where would the Dolphin's have been if it weren't for Chad Pennington? The Saints might have had the same record as the Lions (LOL) if it weren't for Drew Brees. I think the NFL was just trying to build hype for a possible Manning-Manning Super Bowl. Now that Eli's actually good their gonna ride this family thing to death.

When the hell are they sending out Inauguration tickets? We ordered ours from the congressman the morning after Obama got elected and we better get em too. Its gonna be crazy in D.C. Inauguration Day. 4-5 million people!? That's double the amount of people there on a normal day. If we do go we driving to Odenton Train Station, catching the Mark train into the city, switch over to the Metro, then riding that joint to Capitol Hill. We walk everywhere else until its time to go home.
People hate me when I say this but, doesn't it seem possible that something would happen at the Inauguration? I think a regular shooting is out of the question cuz Security is gonna be tighter than a New York nigga's jeans (they don't wear the skinnys right, then again a lot of niggas out here don't either). They'd have to snipe Obama from the top floor of a building in Howard County, Maryland. But a whole lot of other stuff could happen. Worst case scenario they bomb that bitch. That's what scares me most. But I'm 128% positive its gonna be safe, cuz I'd be crazy to say Obama's peoples aint thought about none of this. I think they got it.
Something else to think about. In 15 days Bush will no longer be president...
